Interior Design

New builds or renovations? We will aid in the implementation of a complete design process, from planning, through project management, to installation and final decoration and styling. 

 

Design process:

1. Initial Consultation – meet with client on site, outline project brief

2. Initial Concept Development / Schematic Design – define scope of work

  • Considered spatial planning

  • Rough sketches & mood boards

  • Project proposal and presentation

3. Detailed Design Development – selection of every element to meet project brief

  • Sketch design / 3D Modelling

  • Sourcing & Procurement - selection of materials and finishes such as flooring, tiles, paint, fixtures, and furniture

4. Documentation – detailed internal drawings for construction 

5. Project Management – work with all trades and architects where required, managing budgets and timelines

6. Installation – fit out, bring the space to life!

 

Interior Decoration

Selection of colours, furniture, and decor - including artwork, lighting, and objects, to enhance the personality of each space. We will work with the existing floor plan to maximise functionality and establish flow and balance, while ensuring that the design is unique to you and makes you feel at home!

Design process:

1. Initial Consultation

  • 1 hour in your home to get to know you and your style

  • Complete a detailed design brief

2. Design development  

  • Concepts presented via mood boards based on the brief

  • Furniture layout plans

  • Detailed product shopping list

3. Project management

  • Management of sourcing and purchase of products using our trade discount. (Dependent on the supplier, you can expect to receive between 5%-25% off RRP by taking advantage of this stage)

4. Fit out

  • Installation, final styling in home

E-Styling

Whether you are trying to finish off a single room or want an entire house re-vamp, our e-styling service will provide you with styling advice from the comfort of your own home.

Design Process:

1.  Questionnaire

  • Complete our questionnaire so we can get to know you and the scope of work. Please note this questionnaire will require images and dimensions of the room (s). iPhone photos are fine!

2.  Initial phone consult

  • 30 min. Designer will propose the ‘look and feel’ for the concept and answer any further questions.

3.  Concept development

  • Tailored mood board, product list of suggested pieces and layout / styling tips.

Colour & Materials Consulting

Choosing paint colours and materials for your home can be overwhelming! Our colour and material consultancy service helps to simplify the process by first defining a style and then narrowing down the options to those that best suit each space. We use our knowledge of the latest trends as well as our expertise in product sourcing to provide you with a clear vision and direction for your project and make the process fun!

 

Design Process:

  • Initial consult - 1 hour in your home or via phone/Skype to get to know the scope of work/ complete a brief

  • Concept development - define style, colour palette selection and overall mood boards

  • Presentation - Material boards and product list
